Step into a nurturing space and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a Group Sound Session — a powerful way to relax, reset, and restore balance in both mind and body. Each session is unique, often woven around a specific theme or offered as a co-hosted collaboration at different locations, making every gathering a one-of-a-kind experience.
For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you’d like for lying down. Chair seating is available if you prefer, and I recommend bringing a neck pillow for extra support.

A virtual sound bath with Kandice is facilitated live via Zoom and offers an accessible way to ease anxiety, ground your energy, and reconnect with peace, no matter where you are. Whether you’re joining alone or inviting friends to share the moment with you, the virtual space becomes a sacred container for rest and renewal.
Just like in-person sessions, Kandice begins by gently guiding you into the body with soft grounding cues and simple relaxation techniques. She then supports the mind through a brief meditation designed to help you settle, release tension, and become present with your intention.

Yes. Sound healing works through frequency, intention, and nervous-system response, not physical proximity. The tones transmitted through Zoom still activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body settle, calm, and enter a restorative state. Many people are surprised by how deeply they relax, even from miles away.
