Sound Facilitation, also called Sound Healing, uses intentional frequencies, vibrations, therapeutic instruments, and vocal tones to create a space where your body, mind, and emotions can naturally release tension, restore balance, and find clarity. I guide the experience, but the instruments and your own inner wisdom do the work.

A Sound Bath Session is a deeply immersive experience where participants are bathed in the soothing vibrations and harmonious frequencies of various sound instruments. It's a meditative journey that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and inner healing.

During a Sound Bath Session, you'll typically lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and allow me to guide you through the experience. I will play a variety of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, creating a symphony of healing vibrations that envelop your entire being.

During the session, your main focus is to relax and allow the healing sounds to wash over you. You may be encouraged to focus on your breath, visualize intentions, or simply surrender to the sensations and vibrations. There's no right or wrong way to experience a Sound Bath Session—just let yourself be present and open to the healing energy of the sound.

Every individual's experience during a Sound Bath Session is unique, but common sensations include deep relaxation, a sense of peace and tranquility, tingling sensations in the body, and heightened awareness of inner sensations. Some people may also experience emotional release or insights during the session.

Each sound facilitation session is thoughtfully designed to meet your unique needs. Timing can vary depending on the length you request, whether it's a private session, a workshop, an online experience, or a co-hosted event.
Every session is structured to allow time for reflection and integration both before and after the experience. For those who desire
additional support, Kandice offers optional personal 1:1 conversations following sessions - available in person, by phone, Zoom, or email (terms and conditions apply). This approach ensures that every experience is personalized, supportive, and designed to help you fully absorb and benefit from the sound journey.

Sound sessions are generally safe for most people, but they're not for everyone. For your safety, I ask all participants to complete an intake form at sign-up. Special precautions may be needed for those with pacemakers, seizure disorders, or other serious medical conditions. This ensures every session is safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

Falling asleep during a session is completely normal-it's a sign that your body feels safe and relaxed, and you will still receive all the benefits of the sound.
In group or couple sessions, if snoring or deep sleep becomes distracting for others, I may gently touch a part of your body, such as your toe, to bring your awareness back within without disturbing the flow of the session. This helps maintain a supportive space for everyone while honoring your experience.
